10月11日－10月13日，姜艾个展——“灵魂出窍”在位于798艺术区的仁艺术空间进行为期三天的展览，展出了姜艾女士近年在北京和洛杉矶创作的抽象水墨、摄影、装置及影像作品，本次国内首展也将为姜艾年底和明年初美国洛杉矶联展及个展预热。同时也是姜艾女士再次携手森林天使为偏远地区的留守儿童奉献爱心，姜艾女士不仅拥有多样的才华，还拥有一颗善良仁慈的心，早前就与爱人通过森林天使支助宁夏地区的孤儿。

 

     

“灵魂出窍”——心是一个巨大的宇宙，它有无限的黑暗，也有无限的光明。 姜艾的作品，不单单是纯粹，而是在传达她极为个人的内心诉说，看似不经意间，却包含她对人生对生于斯存于斯的社会周遭环境的敏锐思考。她的作品如本人一样自由奔放，看似简单又蕴含思想，这些作品是从内心生长出来的原始状态,是一闪念的触觉,也是对艺术形式的综合体现，有视野，大胆，无束缚干扰

作品分为三个展厅，一个展厅陈设了一系列（像个孩子）主题水墨作品，不加任何修饰用孩子的眼睛看世界会不会美好？成年人也是孩子，在繁复的社会环境里也有纯真的梦想，哪些美好是否能被珍藏，像个孩子是与自己的对话，与内心的对话，我们需要把本真的东西找回来，用最干净的灵魂迎接生命中遇到的事物，让他们自在，美好。

 

 

 

在姜艾看来，“以孩童视角不带任何修饰的手笔展现生活状态、人的状态、物的状态，可以让现实更美好”。在关于对自我内心的认识及对爱的感知方面，她认为“真诚的东西，不怕赤裸地把自己剖析开来，对自己坦诚才能更接近灵魂，内心善与恶的斗争，平衡，私欲，爱是我们一辈子需要去面对的问题。”只有在繁复的生存环境下找到舒服的节奏，慢的本领，从容的姿态才能拥有自在心去寻找生命本真的存在与价值。

姜艾毕业于中央戏剧学院，作为85后中国新生代的制片人及导演、青年艺术家，这次是她首次跨界尝试水墨作品及多媒体艺术。和每个忠于自己内心想法的艺术家一样，所有的构思并不是一蹴而就，而是在心里积蓄已久。

通常来说，人类面对着两个宇宙：无比辽远的外宇宙和无比深邃的内宇宙，对两个宇宙的探索几乎是同时开始的，但在不同时期，这两类探索在人类生活中所占的比重迥异，人们因此也就选择了截然不同的作品形式来表现这种理性的探求。姜艾的“灵魂出窍”系列则表现为向内在宇宙探索，在不断的尝试中，她试图在这一系列的作品中探讨我们应以什么样的心态看世界，如何感知自我感知爱，以及拷问时间空间对我们现在社会的影响。

200快咔咔作响的翻页钟表，静谧的空间，快到失控的节奏，忙到失去自我的人性迷失，是时候让我去审视为何奔忙，是时候拷问灵魂，在繁复的社会，保留自己的速度，从容的生活。

 

 

 

人和空间，人和环境，对北京雾霾的关注是这个区域的重点，在迷雾里，喘不过气，睁不开眼，找不到自己，这种快要窒息的背后是无数人沉默的呐喊。

以下是姜艾女士的个人专访：

1、您的首展，意义非凡，包括您想出力于公益事业这份心，大家都有目共睹，对于画展的成功举办，您有什么想说？

对于画展的成功举办是十年磨一剑，有七年导演的经验，对于构图、色彩，影像的专业知识，加上三年个人生活看世界，看各种博物馆，在国外生活学习的人生观、世界观的建立理解。这十年的累积才促成了这三天的个展。来了近900个人，能举办的这么成功，归功一句话：不要相信童话，一定要相信勤奋

 

2、 您觉得面对公益，我们应该怎么做才是贡献出了自己的力量，才能叫做为那些需要帮助的人或事，做出了努力？

很多人都在做公益，但凡有一些社会地位，或者是有个人能力的人都想去为公益出一点力，但是我们不要光打口号，得落到实处，量力而行，在个人能力允许范围之类去适当的多做一点好事，做到问心无愧就好

 

3、 从何时，您开始觉得，我应该去做些公益活动，做些慈善活动，通过自己的付出来帮助那些渴望被帮助，需要被帮助的人？

从2009年就开始涉及到公益，2010年我做了一部电影（早安龙门崮），我把片酬捐给需要帮助的留守儿童。四年以后我能办个展，除了电影之外，在综合艺术领域和跨界艺术领域中有了一点小小的成绩，也希望能回馈给更多的人。在成长的过程中我得到很多人的帮助，没有人平白无故的去帮你，但是社会上还是有很多好心人愿意为那些和自己没有多大关系的人付出。这个给我感悟最深，所以我也希望有一天我也能成为对社会有贡献的人

 

4、 做公益对您具有怎样的意义？

让我的人生更完整，让我觉得自己是个对社会有贡献的人，让我更好的去认识自己，把内心的善良释放出来。让我的家庭和身边的人感受到正能量。这个能量可以让更多的人意识到：我们得到过帮助，我们也需要传递这种爱

 

5、 我相信，大家都看到了您热爱公益，想用自己的力量去改善那些需要被帮助的人的生活。是什么样的机缘，让您看到了那些留守儿童，又让您看到了森林天使？

理事长方佳是我朋友，通过她接触到森林天使，让我有机会去了解那些孤独无助的孩子，让我有机会去帮助他们。慈善这个事情是一定要坚持的，所以想通过森林天使这个平台去帮助更多有需要的人

 

6、 我想您一定去了解过，你帮助的那些孩子，他们都是怎样的成长环境，在看到那样的情景，您心情是如何的？ 

很难受，那么小的孩子在一个没有爱的环境、或者很少爱的环境下生活，那孩子很有可能在成长路上有很大的变化。没有钱可以，但不能没有爱。小朋友可以感受到有人在关怀他，在温暖他，这种爱可以使他们对生活更加有动力。所以我愿意号召身边有能力的朋友去为孩子们和森林天使做点力所能及的，希望大家能感受到爱，因为爱比钱重要

 

7、 与此同时，又有怎样的话，想要告诉大家？

慈善是一辈子的事情，慈善是一颗心。能尽多大努力的心，做到问心无愧，给予别人爱就够了，很多人都想获得，但是在获得的时候要问自己：我是不是应该把这种爱传递下去。只有爱和爱相连，爱和爱有传递，这个世界才会更加温暖。我的能力非常有限，只是做了我应该做的事情。如果这个画展只是单纯的个展，那么若干年后我回想起今天的画展，它只是我跨界艺术的开始，但是这个展览有了森林天使，有了玉川酒庄，有了这么多支持公益并坚持在做公益的这些人让我也能参与其中是一件非常有意义的事情，起码让这个雾霾的冬天变的不那么冷，让人心变的更加温暖，让大家感到善的力量。这就够了

每个人只要汇聚一点的爱心就能变成大爱，公益不是喊口号，大家量力而行。钱、物质、名气，这些都是双刃剑，作为一个公众人物或者一个所谓的艺术人士，首先要做到、修德、修行、修心，如果做到这三点，我就觉得我的人生就问心无愧。每个人在成长的道路上或多或少都会饶弯路，犯过错误，但是哪怕能够为别人、为这社会付出一点点，那么这个世界正能量也会多一点，也会更美好一点。这就是我的初衷。所有的事情都要坚持。

为期三天的展出圆满落幕，跨界艺术《灵魂出窍》，抽象水墨单幅成交价格创近年新高，藏家们表示不仅看好她的作品和未来在跨界艺术领悟的发展空间，更看好她的人品，阅历和综合素养！这不仅仅是艺术之间的跨界，也是艺术与公益的跨界结合。关于善，每个人的理解都是不相同的，只要我们保持着一颗本真的心去对待生活、对待自己、对待身边的人就是一种善；关于公益，每个人的形式也不相一致，有人捐款、有人出力，不管以什么方式，帮助的对象是谁，我们的目的都是为了让社会更温暖，更具人性化，让我们生存的大环境变的更为美好。

 

森林天使公益组织

森林天使于2012年在福建各偏远山区展开工作近一年，以形成一套完整并成熟的公益模式，资金来源为社会各界捐赠。期间受到各界媒体关注及市领导问候。经过一年的准备期，于2014年3月份正式组建团队全职从事关爱留守儿童工作，将在全国范围内设立图书室、校服捐赠、心愿认领、孤儿及单亲困难户一对一帮扶等八个项目。3月中旬团队工作人员前往宁夏西海固地区偏远学校进行实地考察，6月份，以宁夏为首站出发点，向全国各偏远地区开展我们感受爱、传递爱的公益之路。目前森林天使已向国家相关部门申请基金会中。

森林天使受国内上百家知名媒体关注，也与全国各省份事业单位、商会、协会共同携手为偏远地区的留守儿童提供力所能及的帮助，森林天使关爱山区留守儿童公益组织是一个以物质为辅，以人道主义为主的组织，我们所解决的是发展问题，而不是像福利救济那样，只是单纯的向伸出的求助的手里分发东西。行善的根本宗旨，是要给被行善的人找到一条光明、灿烂的路子，单纯的物质捐赠只能是一时的扶助。儿童，是祖国未来的希望，而处于社会边缘的留守儿童也更加需要社会给予的心灵关爱。

The art exhibition the "Spirit Travel" by Jiang Ai was held in Yan Club Art Center in Beijing 798 Art 

Zone from Oct 11 to 13. At the exhibition were over 30 ink and wash paintings, over 20 photography 

works, 2 sets of equipments and one video work created by Jiang Ai in the past two years in Beijing 

and Los Angeles. It is a warmup exhibition for subsequent ones to be held in Los Angeles by the end

 of 2014 and beginning of 2015. Talented and with a kind heart, Jiang Ai and her husband have been

 working with Forest Angel to help the "left-behind"children in remote areas in Ningxia province. 

 

 

 

The Spirit Travel — The heart is a universe of boundless darkness and light.

Jiang Ai’s paintings are beyond the simple meaning of painting. They are an expression of

 the very personal understanding of life by Jiang Ai. Inadvertently, they revealed Jiang Ai’s

 sharp thinking of the society. Just like herself, her art works are bold and unrestrained,

 simple but with deep thoughts. They are in the primitive form of the very first 

emergence from heart. They are the flash of mind and also the comprehensive 

manifestation of art. Bold, free and with international vision.

The exhibition is arranged under three themes. One of them is "Like a child" where several

 ink and wash paintings are exhibited. Will the world become a better place if we look at it

 from the perspective of a child? Adults are also children with sincere dreams in the 

complicated social life. What beauties of life can be long cherished? Let us talk to 

ourselves like a child, find the true part of ourselves and embrace life with a simple

 and crystal spirit.

 

 

 

 

 

Jiang Ai believes that "reality becomes better if we describe life condition, people and

 objects from the perspective of children". In regard to the understanding of one’s inner 

heart and feeling of love, Jiang Ai thinks that "sincerity is fearlessly facing and analyzing the

 true self. One can only get close with his spirit by being honest to himself. Conflicts 

between good and evil, struggling to reach balance,  selfish desire, and love, these are

 the issues that we need to face through the whole life." She said that that only by

 following the beat that makes you comfortable can one truly embrace the inner self 

and find the meaning of existence.

 "The Weeping Elephant" was won in the auction by Mr. Huang Wangwang, the vice president of Fujian 

Agilawood Association.

 

 

 

Jiang Ai, graduated from the Central Academy of Drama, is a film producer, director and young

 artist belonging to the generation born after 1985. It is the first time that she tries ink and 

wash paintings and multimedia art. Just like every artist who remains being true to himself,

Jiang Ai has been long prepared.People live in two universes, one is the boundless universe

 of space, the other is the universe in one’s heart. The exploration of the two universes

 starts simultaneously, but importance of each varies in different life periods. Therefore

 people express his exploration in distinctive art forms. In "The Spirit Travel", 

Jiang Ai describes her exploration of inner universe. She tries to discus with the

 viewers in what attitude should people look at this world, how could we know 

ourselves and feel love, and the influence of time and space on the current society.

 

 

 

 

 

Equipment art: Time, Soul, Questioning

The clicks of 200 flip clocks in a tranquil space are unsettling and overwhelming. It’s time

 to slow down and think about what we are rushing for. 

 

 

People and space. People and environment. This piece of art focuses on Beijing in mist and

 haze. There, people cannot breathe. They are blinded and lost. Behind the emptiness and

 silence are the crying of millions of people.

Personal interview of Jiang Ai

Q: This is your first art exhibition in China and it means a lot to you. We also know that 

you have been working passionately in public service. Can you share with us your

 feelings about the exhibitionJiang: This exhibition benefits from my experiences in the

 past ten years. I have been a film director for seven years and that enables me to have

 professional knowledge about picture composition, color and video. I spend the past

 three years traveling around the world, visiting museums and studying abroad, which 

affected my view of world and life. The exhibition is a concentration of the past ten 

years.  Nearly 900 people came to the exhibition. The credit of my success goes to 

one saying, "believe in hardworking, because there is no fairy tale."

 

Q: What’s your opinion of making contribution to the public service? How can we help 

people in needJiang: A lot of people are making contribution to the public service. 

I believe that everyone who enjoys high social status and has this ability wants to do 

something for the public good. What is important is to turn willingness into action and 

do that according to one’s abilities. As long as one remains true to his own heart.

 

Q: When did you begin to feel that you want to participate in public services and help 

people in need Jiang: It’s 2009. In 2010 I directed a film called "Good morning Longmengu

" and donated all the remuneration to the "leftbehind" children. Today I have my own art 

exhibition. I am making a little step forward in the field of comprehensive art and I want to

 make more contribution to people in need. I received a lot of help from other people. 

Many people are willing to help those unrelated with them. This has touched me the 

most and I want to be one of them.

 

Q: What does public services mean to you?

Jiang: Doing public services makes my life complete and make me feel being useful to

 the society. It enables me to better know myself and realize the kindness in my heart. 

It enables my family and people around me to feel the optimistic energy. It makes more

 people realize that we have received help from others and we are responsible to pass 

on that love.

 

Q: I believe that people will be influenced by you and extend help to others. How did 

you come to pay attention to the "left-behind" children and get to know the Forest 

Angel Jiang: The president of Forest Angel Fang Jia is a friend of mine. She made me

 have the opportunity to know those children and help them. I will definitely carry on 

the public service activities and Forest Angel provides me a better platform to do so.

 

Q: When you see the living condition of the children you helped, how did you feel?

Jiang: I felt sad. They were such young kids. And they are living their childhood with 

little or no love. It’s very possible that they would face sever challenges in their life. 

One can live happily with little money, but not with little love. When the kids feel being

 cared and loved, they will have more confidence in the future. I want to ask people 

around me to do something for the children with Forest Angel. I hope they can feel 

love, because it’s more important than money.

 

Q: What do you want to say to people?

Jiang: Public service is about heart. It deserves a life time devotion. People in public 

service should be true to their hearts. Many people receive help in their lives, it would

 be great if they keep ask themselves whether they should pass that kindness on. The

 world will only be better if we all pass on love. My abilities are limited and I just did 

what I need to do. If this art exhibition is nothing but exhibition my art works, then 

years later, when I look back, what I remember would be nothing but the beginning 

of my experience in art field. But with Forest Angel and Yuchuan Jiuzhuang, with all 

these people in support of public services, the exhibition gains more meaning than 

that. It makes today warmer. It makes heart warmer. It makes people feel the power 

of love. And that is enough to me.

A little love from everyone makes a great love. Public service is more than words, it

 should be deeds. Money, objects and fame are all double-edged swords. A public figure, an artist, should cultivate his morality, behavior and heart. 

Then I think he can enjoy a clear conscience. Everyone makes mistakes growing up. 

But the world will be a better place if we make some contribution to it. This is what I 

have been doing. And it’s important to keep doing it. 

 

The three day art exhibition the "Spirit Travel" was a success. The auction price of ink and 

wash painting "the Spirit Travel" made a new record in recent years. The collectors are not

 only optimistic about the value increase of the art works and her future performance in art,

 but also have faith in her personality, experience and comprehensive accomplishment. Jiang 

Ai is not only doing well in different fields of art, she is also performing well in field of public 

service. There are various understanding of kindness. It is kindness to treat ourselves, life, 

and everyone around us with a true heart. There are various forms of supporting public 

service. Someone donates money and someone makes action. It doesn’t matter who 

and how we help. What we do are making the society and living condition better.

 

Forest Angel has grown into a mature non-governmental organization with a complete

 management structure. It worked in remote areas in Fujian province for nearly the whole

 year of 2012 with donations collected from various fields of the society. It has attracted
